摘　　要：目的新时代的大学生在想什么,特别是疫情后医学生的职业使命感现状如何,为全面、客观地掌握新时代医学生的这些思想政治状况,进行本次调查,为新时代医学生教育提供科学指导。方法根据新时代现状,针对性的设计网络问卷调查表,对陕西省内4所医学高校本科医学生进行问卷调查,学术自主选答后提交,系统自动进行统计,之后对调研结果进行对比分析。设计电子调查问卷7000份,有6556名学生参与,实际完成答卷6487份。结果经分析6487个样本问卷,显示医学生理论和知识基础牢固,但政治立场不坚定,对职业发展前景,根据年龄不同得到的差异显著(P<0.001),值得重视。生源地区差别与大学生心理状态差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);是学生干部的和不是学生干部的大学生对比差异也是值得注意的。医学生的年级越高对未来职业前景越消极悲观,职业认识浅淡、社会主义集体观念不强、情感道德有待完善,需要给予更多的关怀和职业指导,将社会主义核心价值观融入医学职业教育的全过程。结论加强医学生的职业使命感的教育是一个长期的主题。教育管理者要重视加强高年级医学生的人生观、职业观教育,提高医学生的认识高度,更好地为社会服务,创造人类的幸福。Objective What are college students in the new era thinking,especially what is the current status of the professional mission of medical students after the epidemic?In order to fully and objectively grasp these ideological and political conditions of medical students in the new era,conduct this survey to provide science for the education of medical students in the new era guide.Methods According to the current situation of the new era,a targeted network questionnaire was designed to conduct a survey of medical students from four medical colleges in Shaanxi Province.After the questionnaire was submitted,the system automatically counted the results and made a comparative analysis.7000 questionnaires were designed,involving 6556 students,and 6487 answers were actually completed.Results Through the analysis of 6487 questionnaires,it is found that medical students have solid theoretical and knowledge foundation,but their political stance is not firm,and their career development prospects are significantly different according to their age(P<0.001),which is worthy of attention.There was no significant difference between students’origin region and psychological state of college students(P>0.05).The contrast between students who are student cadres and those who are not is also noteworthy.The higher the grade of medical students,the more negative and pessimistic they are about their future career prospects,with weak professional understanding,weak socialist collective concept and incomplete emotional morality.They need to give more care and vocational guidance and integrate socialist core values into the whole process of medical vocational education.Conclusion Strengthening the education of medical students’sense of professional mission is a long-term theme.Education administrators should pay attention to strengthening the education of senior medical students’outlook on life and career,improve their understanding,better serve the society and create human happiness.
