摘 要:教师行动研究对教师发展意义重大,教师行动研究应以其发展性为现实追求,非功利性是其应然状态,调研发现:基础教育领域教师的研究经历与学校级别有显著的正相关关系,且教师的研究理论基础较薄弱,在研究中表现出较为明显的对外在荣誉的功利性追求,即教师行动研究表现为非功利性应然状态与功利性实然现状间的矛盾与对立。造成此种现实困境的原因是:当下的看客心态、不科学的评价机制、不良的竞争生态、功利性价值取向与唯理论式创新主义,以及成果呈现与评价间的时空断裂等因素致使行动研究存在偏向功利性取向的失衡状态。为追求非功利性与功利性间的辩证统一,研究建议教师应主动转变发展与研究观念,以研究促进发展,以发展提升研究;应矫正行动研究与教师发展间的主客地位关系,努力实现教师的全面与个性化发展;应深入变革评价与激励机制,导向教师行动研究步入正轨。Teachers'action research is of great significance to teachers'development.It should take development as its realistic pursuit,and non-utilitarianism its ought-to-be state.The investigation finds that:Teachers'research experience in the field of basic education has a significant positive correlation with school level,and teachers'research theoretical foundation is relatively weak,showing a more obvious utilitarian pursuit of external honor.That is to say,teachers'action research shows the contradiction and opposition between non-utilitarian should-be state and the utilitarian actuality.The reasons for this dilemma include the current attitude of seeing guests,unscientific evaluation mechanism,bad competitive ecology,utilitarian value orientation and theoretical innovation,and the time-space break between achievement presentation and evaluation,which cause the imbalance of action research towards utilitarian orientation.In order to pursue the dialectical unity between non-utilitarianism and utilitarianism,we suggest that teachers should take the initiative to change the concept of development and research,and let development and research promote each other.Then,we should correct the relationship between action research and teacher development,and strive to achieve the comprehensive and personalized development of teachers.Finally,the evaluation and incentive mechanism should be reformed to guide teachers'action research on the right track.
