摘 要:灵芝化妆品中应用的原料主要来源于子实体和孢子粉,成本较高。因此,研究了利用液体深层发酵技术替代子实体提取来制备低成本灵芝化妆品原料的可行性。为了筛选抗氧化和美白活性较好的菌株,对不同菌株及其不同培养条件下发酵液抗氧化和美白指标进行了检测。结果表明,4个菌株中,菌株CGMCC 5.1817抗氧化和美白活性最好,其发酵液对DPPH自由基和超氧阴离子清除率分别为94.08%、13.6%,对酪氨酸酶活性的抑制率高达90.26%,发酵液中多糖、三萜含量分别为3.4 mg·mL^(-1)和1 550μg·mL^(-1);该菌株最佳的培养条件为麦芽浸粉培养基,最适培养温度为30℃,转速为180 r·min^(-1),培养天数为5 d~7 d。At present, the cosmetic materials of Ganoderma lucidum were mainly extract of the fruiting body and spores powder.The purpose of this study is to explore the feasibility of using submerged fermentation instead of fruiting body extraction to produce cheap cosmetic materials of G. lucidum. Since the active ingredients of fermentation broth are closely related to strains and culture conditions, in order to screen the strains with better activity, the anti-oxidative and whitening indexes of G. lucidum under different varieties and different culture conditions were tested. The results showed that the anti-oxidative and whitening activity of strain CGMCC 5.1817 was the best among the four strains, the scavenging rate of DPPH free radical and superoxide anion of the fermentation broth were 94.08% and 13.6%, respectively, the inhibition rate of tyrosinase activity was 90.26%. The content of polysaccharides and triterpenes in the fermentation broth was 3.4 mg·mL^(-1) and 1 550 μg·mL^(-1). The optimal culture condition was cultured at 30℃ and 180 r·min^(-1) in malt extract medium for 5 d-7 d.
