摘 要:人工智能、工业机器人及移动互联网等新兴技术的高速发展,亟需一批知识型、技能型、创新型高技能人才队伍,培养具有创新能力的高素质技术技能人才是当前国内各高职院校的主要任务。本文针对传统教学中存在的社团、课程、大赛、科研各自独立、产教融合深度不够的问题,提出"产教深度融合、团课赛研协同"的创新型高技能人才培养体系。通过"三个一工程",切实做好产教融合,以校企双向技能工作室为平台,构建社团、课程、比赛、科研协同育人机制,以期为创新型高技能人才培养提供借鉴。The rapid development of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, industrial robots and mobile internet is in urgent need of knowledge-based, skill-oriented and innovative talents. Now the main task of higher vocational colleges in China is to cultivate the high-quality technical and skilled personnel with innovation ability. In view of the problems of mutual independence between student associations, courses, contests and research and insufficient integration of industry and education in traditional teaching, this paper puts forward the concept of constructing a innovative high-skilled personnel training system with the characteristic of "deep integration of industry and education, coordination between student societies, course, contests and research". The system works through "Three One Project", effectively integrate industry and education, and takes school-enterprise skill studios as platform to build a collaborative education mechanism of student associations, courses, competitions and scientific research, so as to provide a reference for the training of innovative high-skilled personnel.
