摘　　要：威客模式是分享经济视阈下知识共享的新业态,在促进资源高效配置、满足差异化的需求、节约市场交易成本、打造灵活就业方式等方面具有重要意义。通过杭理威客行业发展的市场结构、市场行为和市场绩效现状,分析了威客行业在法律、税收、信任和知识产权方面存在的问题,并从相关角度提出了推进成客行业持续健康发展的对策措施,以期为政府决策和企业发展提供参考。Witkey mode is a new business form of knowledge sharing from the perspective of sharing economy,which is of great significance in promoting efficient allocation of resources,meeting differentiated needs,saving market transaction costs,and creating flexible employment methods.By combing the market structure,market be-havior and market performance of Witkey industry,this paper analyzes the problems existing in law,tax,trust and intellectual property rights of Witkey industry,and puts forward countermeasures to promote the sustainable and healthy development of Witkey industry from relevant angles,so as to provide reference for government decision-making and enterprise development.
