区域经济建设人才培养发展对地方高职院校的需求分析——以T市为例

摘　　要：随着我国经济社会和区域经济发展的转型升级,区域内行业企业发展需要不同程度的人才培养平台以及科技服务支持。对于地域规模较小的城市来说,区域内高职院校作为重要的人才培养和科技服务平台,承担着责无旁贷的历史使命。本文以T市为例,对区域内人才培养的需求进行分析,探索地方高职院校服务区域发展的创新路径。With the transformation and upgrading of China's economic society and regional economic development,the development of industry enterprises in the region requires different levels of talent training platforms and technological service support.For cities with smaller regions,higher vocational colleges in the region,as an important talent training and technology service platform,bear an important historical mission.This article takes T city as an example,analyzes the demand for talent training in the region,and explores innovative paths for local vocational colleges to serve regional development.
