摘  要:本研究运用问卷调查法和访谈法,对广东地区具有代表性的617名高校学生进行调查。结果发现大部分高校学生对创新创业大赛比较了解,但参与率较低,只有13.3%。大学生参与大赛的动机从高到低分别为:(1)希望通过比赛,巩固自身所学知识,并能提高自己的学习动力;(2)参赛仅仅是个人的兴趣爱好所在,重在享受参与过程;(3)参赛是为了以后可以更好地就业或创业;(4)可以获得荣誉和物质奖励。创新创业大赛对于人才培养模式有明显的正向影响,其中的参赛条件、环节设置、激励机制分别与培养理念、课程设置、教学模式、培养评价四个因素正向相关。This study uses questionnaire survey and interview methods to survey 617 representative college students in Guangdong.It turns out that most college students have a better understanding of the innovation and entrepreneurship competition,but the participation rate is low,only 13.3%.The motivations of college students to participate in the competition from high to low are:(1)Hope to consolidate their knowledge through the competition,and improve their learning motivation;(2)Participating is only a personal hobby,and the emphasis is on enjoying the participation process;(3)Participation is for better employment or entrepreneurship in the future;(4)Honors and material rewards can be obtained.The innovation and entrepreneurship competition has an obvious positive impact on the talent training model,and the competition conditions,link settings,and incentive mechanism are positively related to the four factors of training concept,curriculum setting,teaching mode,and training evaluation.
