浅谈专业型学生社团在职业院校提质培优中的作用

摘　　要：《职业教育提质培优行动计划(2020—2023年)》中明确指出,提质培优的目标之一是职业学校办学水平、人才培养质量和就业质量整体提升,职业教育的吸引力和社会认可度大幅提高,有效支撑地方经济社会发展和国家重大战略。职业院校专业型学生社团是具有浓厚职业教育特色的学生社团,有助于提高学生的实践能力、创新创业能力和就业竞争力,其在职业院校提质培优进程中的作用不可小觑。职业院校应从落实职业教育提质培优立德树人根本任务、将专业型学生社团作为职业院校培养技术技能精英人才的重要载体等多个方面建设和培育专业型学生社团,使其发挥更加积极的作用。Professional student associations in vocational colleges are student associations with strong vocational education characteristics,which are conducive to improve students’practical ability,entrepreneurship ability and employment competitiveness.Their role in the process of improving quality and training in vocational colleges should not be underestimated.The paper holds that vocational colleges should build professional student associations in many aspects to implement the fundamental task of improving quality and cultivating people by virtue,and take professional student associations as an important carrier for vocational colleges to cultivate qualified personnel for the society.
