摘　　要：校园文化特色建设是一项复杂的系统工程。地方高校应合理建构内容体系,把握建设原则,认识存在的问题,寻找建设着力点。惟其如此,才能秉承先进理念,创新发展路径,根植区域文化底蕴,创建具有国际视野和地方特色的校园文化,以增强自身办学的文化竞争力以及综合实力。The construction of campus culture with local characteristics ia a complex project.Local colleges should reasonably construct their content system of campus culture,grasp the construction principles,understand the existing problems and find the construction focus.Only in this way can they adhere to the advanced concept,innovate the development path,be rooted in the regional cultural heritage and create a campus culture with international vision and local characteristics so as to enhance their cultural competitiveness.
