摘 要:目的探讨高校本科护理专业学生(以下简称护生)合作倾向人格的影响因素。方法选取2019年8月至2020年12月在本校大庆校区的266名本科护生为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、合作倾向评定量表和问题解决能力量表对护生进行调查。结果高校本科护生合作倾向人格(43.77±7.73)分,问题解决能力得分(72.75±9.48)分,均处于较高水平。其中理性问题解决能力与包容性呈负相关;冲动/疏忽风格与互惠性、合作意愿、合作倾向人格总分呈正相关;回避风格与包容性、合作倾向人格总分呈负相关;负性问题定向能力与合作倾向人格及各维度呈负相关(P<0.05或P<0.01)。护生的冲动/疏忽风格、负性问题定向能力是合作倾向人格的影响因素(均P<0.001),其共同解释合作倾向人格12.10%的变异。结论高校本科护生合作倾向人格得分相对较高,其问题解决能力影响其合作倾向人格的重要因素。可根据不同人格特质的学生因材施教,设计个性化的教学模式和管理策略,提升学生团体协作的意愿和行为,提高学习和工作效率,从而提升职业核心竞争力。Objective To explore the factors influencing the cooperative tendency of undergraduate nursing students.Methods A total of 266 undergraduate nursing students were enrolled in the study from a medical university in Daqing between August 2019 and December 2020.The nursing students were investigated with general information questionnaire,cooperative tendency rating scale and problem solving ability scale.Results The scores of cooperative tendency and problem-solving ability of daily life were(43.77±7.73)and(72.75±9.48),respectively.Rational problem-solving ability was negatively correlated with inclusiveness.Impulse/neglect style was positively correlated with the total scores of reciprocity,willingness and tendency to cooperate.Avoidance attitude was negatively correlated with the total scores of inclusiveness and cooperation tendency.There was a negative correlation between negative problem orientation ability and cooperative tendency in all dimensions(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Impulsive/negligent style and negative problem orientation ability were the main influencing factors of the cooperative tendency,which explain 12.10%its total variance(P<0.001).Conclusions Undergraduate nursing students have a relatively high level of cooperative tendency,and the problem solving ability is an important factor affecting cooperative tendency.The teaching approaches that are in accordance with the personal aptitude should be applied to the nursing students with different personalities.Individualised teaching models and management strategies should be designed to enhance the willingness and behaviour to cooperate within the group,improve learning and working efficiency,and enhance the core competitiveness in the career development.
