摘 要:中国传统伦理道德不仅走出了西方基于纯粹意识的狭隘的道德领域,而且还通过一种“下学而上达”的方式,使一种基于身心一体和囊括医学、美学、武学的多元一体的大道德得以挺立。正是从这种多元一体的大道德出发,才使中国文化理所当然地走向“泛道德主义”“道德至上主义”。也正是从这种多元一体的大道德出发,虽然看似我们民族在迈向现代法治的道路上举步维艰、步履蹒跚,但实际上这种道德的身心一体性质却决定了,它可以从根本上解决业已流于常见的德以“治心”、法以“治身”这一德法之间的二律背反。因此,当代中国文明的发展,并非是对中国传统伦理道德大兴问罪之师,甚至用法律对道德彻底取而代之,而是重新深入发掘和认识其深刻而丰富的内涵,借以坚持走德法、自律和他律并举的道路。Traditional Chinese ethics has not only stepped out of the narrow moral realm based on pure consciousness in the West culture,but also made a kind of pluralistic and unified great ethics stand upright,which is based on the integration of body and mind,and includes medicine,aesthetics,and martial arts,through a way of"from peculiar learning to universal understanding".It is from this kind of pluralistic and unified ethics that Chinese culture naturally moves towards"pan-moralism"and"moral supremacy".It is also from this kind of pluralistic and unified ethics,although our nation seems struggling and faltering on the road to the modern rule of law,in fact,the integration of body and mind of this kind of ethics determines that it can fundamentally solve the common contradiction between ethics and law,which is"ruling the mind"by virtue and"ruling the body"by law.Therefore,the development of contemporary Chinese civilization isn′t a strong criticism against traditional Chinese ethics,or replacing ethics with law completely,but to re-explore and re-understand its profound connotations,and insist on the combination of ethics and laws,self-discipline and heteronomy.
