摘 要:目的:了解烟台高新区蔬菜中农药残留情况,及时发现和处置食品安全隐患。方法:2020年5月、10月在烟台高新区采集6种蔬菜共122份,依据《国家食品污染物和有害因素风险监测工作手册》规定的标准操作程序对23种农药残留进行检测,并对结果进行分析。结果:烟台高新区蔬菜中总检出率为13.1%,检出农药残留为腐霉利、毒死蜱、氯氰菊酯,均未超出GB 2763—2019要求。结论:烟台高新区蔬菜中农药残留虽有检出,但含量水平不高,未超限量值。Objective:To investigate the pesticide residues in vegetables in Yantai High-tech Zone,and to evaluate their food safety risks.Method:In May and October 2020,122 samples of 6 kinds of vegetables were collected in Yantai High-tech Zone,and 23 kinds of pesticide residues were tested according to the standard operating procedures stipulated in the“Manual of China National Food Contamination and Harmful Factors Risk Monitoring”,and the statistical analysis of the detection results was conducted.Results:The total detection rate of vegetables in Yantai High-tech Zone was 13.1%.The pesticide residues detected were procymidone,chlorpyrifos,and cypermethrin,all of which did not exceed the requirements of GB 2763—2019.Conclusion:Although pesticide residues in vegetables in Yantai High-tech Zone have been detected,the levels were not high and did not exceed the limit value.
