摘  要:目的:本文优化了多种形态食品中常见的3种防腐类添加剂的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法:样品经均质、提取、过膜等前处理后,采用高效液相色谱法进行测定。结果:在1.00~200.00 mg·L^(-1)的线性范围内,测得的苯甲酸、山梨酸和糖精钠的相关系数均达到0.9999,该检测方法线性良好,相对应的检出限分别为0.1 mg·kg^(-1)、0.1 mg·kg^(-1)和0.3 mg·kg^(-1),低于国标方法提供的最低检出限,相对标准偏差为0.040%~0.527%,加标回收率94.3%~103%。结论:该方法快速、便捷、准确度和灵敏度均能满足实际的检测需要,适用于液体、固体及半固体等形态的食品质量检测,具有广泛的应用性和良好的普适性。Objective:This article optimizes the high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of three common preservative additives in various forms of food.Methods:After the samples were homogenized,extracted and passed through the membrane,the samples were determined by high performance liquid chromatography.Results:Within the linear range of 1.00~200.00 mg·L^(-1),and the measured correlation coefficients of benzoic acid,sorbic acid and sodium saccharin all reached 0.9999.The detection method has good linearity.The detection limit of the method is 0.1 mg·kg^(-1),0.1 mg·kg^(-1) and 0.3 mg·kg^(-1),respectively,which is lower than the minimum detection limit provided by the national standard method.The relative standard deviation is 0.040%~0.527%,and the recovery rate of standard addition:94.3%~103%.Conclusion:The method is fast,convenient,accurate and sensitive to meet the actual detection needs.It is suitable for food quality detection in liquid,solid and semi-solid forms,and has a wide range of applications and good universality.
