市售食用植物油中玉米赤霉烯酮的检测与分析

摘　　要：本文采用高效液相色谱法,对M市市售食用植物油随机抽取24批次样品进行食用植物油中玉米赤霉烯酮(ZEN)检测,结果显示抽取样品中玉米赤霉烯酮全部未检出。In this paper,high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was used to randomly select 24 batches of edible vegetable oils sold in M market for the detection of zearalenone(ZEN)in edible vegetable oils.The results showed that all zearalenone in the samples were not detected.
