摘　　要：基于对国内学术期刊的档案职业相关文献梳理,发现已有研究涉及基本问题的界定、基本技能的培训、基本环境的变迁三个维度,以及档案职业主体、职业伦理、职业准入制度、职业教育、职业生涯发展等领域,并通过探讨这些研究问题的真与伪、研究群体的虚与实,诊断评价这些研究成果的价值和意义。Based on a domestic academic journals literature review of archival occupation,it is found that the existing researches involve three dimensions of the definition of basic issues,the training of basic skills,the change of basic environment,as well as five fields of archival occupation,occupation ethics,career access,vocational education,career development,and this paper aims to evaluate the value and significance of these researches by discussing the true or false of the research problems,along with the fact or fancy of the research groups.
