摘  要:为解决瓦日(瓦塘—日照)铁路南吕梁山隧道衬砌开裂问题,拟在置换衬砌时在初期支护与二次衬砌之间施作隧道缓冲结构。提出使用聚乙烯闭孔泡沫板、径向管式限阻器的两种缓冲层技术方案。通过数值模拟对常规支护结构以及两种含缓冲层的支护结构予以分析。结果表明:与常规支护相比,施作缓冲结构后隧道初期支护受力增大而二次衬砌受力明显减小,既保护了二次衬砌又充分发挥了初期支护与围岩的承载能力,两种缓冲层方案均满足二次衬砌结构的受力安全性要求;聚乙烯泡沫板缓冲层购置及裁取方便,施工操作相对简易,但有效压缩率不高,约为50%,适用于运营期结构存在明显时效变形但总变形量不大的情形;径向管式限阻器缓冲层缓冲性能稳定,有效压缩率高达75%,但其结构加工与施工相对复杂,更适用于运营期变形量10 cm以上的工况。In order to solve the engineering problem of the tunnel lining cracking during the Nanlyuliangshan tunnel of the Watang-Rizhao Railway,it is proposed to construct a tunnel buffer structure between the primary support and the secondary lining when the lining is replaced.Two technical schemes of buffer layer are proposed using on the polyethylene foam board and the radial tubular resistant limiting damper.The performance of conventional support scheme and two support structures with buffer layers were analyzed through numerical simulation.The results show that compared with the conventional support,the stress of the primary support of the tunnel increases and the stress of the secondary lining decreases obviously after the buffer structure is applied,which can protect the secondary lining and give full play to the bearing capacity of the primary support and surrounding rock.Both buffer layer schemes can meet the stress safety requirements of the secondary lining structure of the project.The polyethylene foam board buffer layer is easy to purchase and cut,and the construction operation is relatively simple,but the effective compression rate is not high,about 50%.It is suitable for the operation period with obvious aging deformation,but the total deformation is not large.The buffer layer of radial tubular resistant limiting damper has stable buffer performance and effective compression rate as high as 75%,but its structural processing and construction are relatively complex,which is more suitable for working conditions with deformation of more than 10 cm during operation.
