摘 要:为把现代推销学课程打造成金课,采用SPOC线上线下混合式教学模式,按多类型和清单式设计线上教学内容,按教学过程(课前、课中和课后)设计线上线下教学,课程考核突出学习过程。实施SPOC线上线下混合式教学,学生可充分利用碎片化时间进行线上自主学习,教师有较多的时间答疑解惑,做到因材施教,优化了课程考核评价体系;同时也存在着学生自主学习能力及信息素养不足,教师信息化教学能力有待提高,绩效考核制度不够完善等问题。提出应加强教师信息化教学能力的培养,提高学生自主学习能力,调动学生的学习积极性,建立信息化教学绩效考核制度等措施。In order to build Modern Marketing into a golden course,teachers can adopt SPOC mixed online and offline teaching mode.The SPOC online teaching content of Modern Marketing is designed according to multiple types and checklist;while the SPOC offline teaching content is designed based on the teaching process(before,during and after class),highlighting the learning process in course assessment.With the implementation of SPOC online and offline mixed teaching mode,students can make full use of fragmented time for online self-learning;teachers have more time to answer questions,so that they can teach in accordance with their aptitude,which optimizes the course assessment and evaluation system.Meanwhile,there are also some problems,such as insufficient self-learning ability and information literacy of students,weak information teaching ability of teachers,and insufficient performance appraisal system.This article proposes to strengthen the training of teachers′information-based teaching ability,improve students′autonomous learning ability,mobilize students′learning enthusiasm,and establish an information-based teaching performance evaluation system.
