摘 要:现实的思想政治理论课教学,既非单一的灌输性,也非纯粹的启发性,而是灌输性和启发性的有机统一。灌输性和启发性的统一,既是教学原则的统一,也是教学过程的统一,还是教学方法的统一,是贯穿于思想政治理论课教学实践全过程、各方面的全面性和立体性统一。坚持思想政治理论课灌输性和启发性相统一,有助于增强教学实效性,有助于提升政治社会化效能,有助于推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化进程。要实现思想政治理论课灌输性和启发性的统一,打通思想认识层面的“淤堵”是前提,强化思想政治理论课教师队伍建设是关键,研究和开展“配方先进、工艺精湛、包装时尚”的思想政治理论课教学实践是基础,挖掘和运用社会教学资源是必要保障。The realistic teaching of ideological and political theory courses is neither a single indoctrination nor a pure heuristic,but an organic unity of indoctrinating and heuristic methods.Such unity is not only the unity of teaching principles,but also the unity of teaching process,or the unity of teaching methods.It runs through the whole process of ideological and political teaching practice,the comprehensiveness and three-dimensional unity of all aspects.Adherence to the unity of indoctrinating and heuristic methods in ideological and political theory courses is conducive to enhancing the effectiveness of teaching,enhancing the effectiveness of political and socialization,and promoting the modernization process of national governance system and governance capacity.To realize the unity of indoctrinating and heuristic methods in ideological and political theory courses,breaking through the“silt and block”at the ideological and cognitive level is the prerequisite,strengthening the construction of ideological and political teachers is the key,the research and development of“advanced formulas,exquisite craftsmanship and packaging fashion”of ideological and political teaching practice is the basis,and mining and using social teaching resources is the necessary guarantee.
