摘 要:《关于实施中国特色高水平高职学校和专业建设计划的意见》对高职院校国际学生培养、提升国际化办学能力提出了更高的要求。目前高职院校存在国际学生招生规模小渠道少、国际化管理体系不健全、国际化师资队伍建设力量薄弱、国际学生培养质量良莠不齐等问题。高职院校应建立国际化体制机制,完善国际化管理体系,搭建多元国际化平台;打造教学质量能力链,形成国际化标准体系,打造国际化师资队伍;培养国际化技能人才,对接企业标准实现最佳培养效果,对接国际标准构建国际化评价体系,提升高职院校国际学生培养质量。The enaction of“Plan of Constructing 50 High-level Advanced Vocational Schools with 150 Key Majors with Chinese Characteristics”(“Double High-level Plan”in abbreviation)by Chinese Ministry of Education in 2019 sets a higher standard for vocational education internalization.Vocational colleges are required to improve their internationalization in school-running and cultivate higher-quality international students.However,most vocational colleges in China are being faced with many problems in this respect,such as small scale of international students with few enrollment channels,incomplete management system,weak construction of teaching staff and uneven quality of cultivation.To solve these problems,vocational colleges should establish international mechanism,improve international management system and build diversified international platforms.International teaching staff should be built to cultivate talents with international skills.To improve the cultivation quality and achieve the best training effect,we should also establish an evaluation system which is in line with international standards as well as corporate standards.
