摘 要:新冠肺炎疫情激发了以线上学习为主要方案的教学模式改革契机,而如何提高线上学习绩效成为研究热点。通过梳理影响学习绩效的线上学习体验因素,进一步探讨线上学习体验通过影响学生注意力进而作用于学习绩效的路径过程,由此提出相应的理论假设;利用疫情期间学生线上学习体验调研数据及学习绩效数据对理论假设进行检验。研究发现:课程认知、教学水平、课堂氛围、技术支持等线上学习体验因素会对学生学习绩效产生显著影响,而注意力管理在线上学习体验影响学习绩效的过程中起中介作用,并且该影响路径会受到线上教学方式差异的调节作用。最后,结合研究结论,围绕提升学生注意力管理水平以提高线上学习绩效给出相应政策建议。The outbreak of the COVID-19 creates an opportunity for the reform of teaching mode with online learning as the main way,and how to improve the performance of online learning has become a research hotspot.This study first summarizes the online learning experience factors that affect learning performance,and further explores the path process of online learning experience acting on learning performance through influencing students attention,and then proposes corresponding theoretical assumptions.In this paper,the theoretical hypothesis is tested based on the data of online learning experience survey and learning performance during the epidemic period.This study finds that:(1)Online learning experience factors such as curriculum cognition,teaching level,classroom atmosphere,technical support and so on will have a significant impact on students learning performance.(2)Attention management plays a mediating role in the process of online learning experience influencing learning performance.(3)The influence path will be adjusted by the differences of online teaching methods.Finally,combined with the conclusion of the study,this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions on improving students attention management level to improve online learning performance.
