人本主义理念下高职院校产教融合人才培养模式研究

摘　　要：深化产教融合是职业教育的任务,是高职院校提升服务能力、提高人才培养质量的有效途径。以人本主义理念为指导,在分析产教融合背景下人才培养的现实意义及挑战的基础上,聚焦人本主义理念下产教融合人才培养模式的方法,从构建有力的保障机制、营造全方位的教学环境、提供四位一体的对接服务等三个方面,探索产教融合人才培养的新模式。Deepening the integration of industry and education is the task of vocational education and an effective way for colleges to improve service ability and talent training quality.Guided by the humanistic concept,based on the analysis of the practical significance and challenges of talent training under the background of industry education integration,this paper focuses on the method of industry education integration talent training mode under the humanistic concept,and explores a new talent training mode of industry education integration from three aspects:constructing a powerful guarantee mechanism,creating a comprehensive teaching environment and providing four in one docking services.
