现代学徒制视角下高职连锁经营专业学生工匠精神的培养路径

摘　　要：现代学徒制与工匠精神培养紧密相关。本文基于现代学徒制探讨了连锁经营专业工匠精神培养的路径。提出要在人才培养过程中注入“匠心”理念,弘扬“匠魂”精神;通过优化课程体系,将工匠精神的培育贯穿于整个教学改革全过程;以匠心打造工匠型教师团队;依托职业技能大赛平台,培养具有工匠精神和专业技能的应用型人才。Modern apprenticeship is closely related to the cultivation of craftsman spirit.Based on the modern apprenticeship system,this paper discusses the path of cultivating craftsman spirit of chain operation professional.It is proposed that craftsman spirit should be stressed throughout the talent training process and curriculum system should also be optimized,with the cultivation of craftsman spirit implemented throughout teaching.It is also suggested that adequate teaching staff should be built to improve talents training quality.
