西医院校针推模拟实训教学的改革措施与体会

摘　　要：西医院校的中医针灸推拿教学中普遍存在着授课方式陈旧、实践操作不足、技能体验性差等弊端,以致学生参与性不强、学习兴趣不高、授课效果较差,因此针灸、推拿等简便廉验的实用技术模块教学亟待加强与变革。教研室着眼于学生综合素质和中医实践能力的培养,通过教改优化中医学基础课程中针灸和推拿等实用技术模块教学模式,采用制作计算机辅助教学(Computer aided instruction,CAI)情景教学课件,加大实训课程的份额,修订教学大纲与实施方案,改革考试方法,将理论考试和临床实践、技能考核有机结合,实现模块化、过程式、自助式的考核模式。充分调动学生的学习积极性,推动中医基础理论学科的发展,为针灸和推拿教学开辟了一条新的途径。In the teaching of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)acupuncture and massage in western medicine colleges,there were many disadvantages such as obsolete teaching methods,lack of practical operation and poor skill experience.All of these bring about students’learning motivation was not high,study interest was not high and teaching effect was poor.Therefore,it is urgent to strengthen and reform the teaching of practical techniques in TCM courses such as acupuncture and massage.We focused on the cultivation of students’comprehensive quality and practical ability of TCM.Through the teaching reform to optimize the teaching mode of acupuncture and massage by making CAI courseware,increase the proportion of practical courses,revising teaching program,reform examination methods.As a result,students’learning enthusiasm has been improved and the basic theories of TCM are developed.We open up a new way of the teaching of acupuncture and massage.
