中西医结合临床思维模式的构建方法

摘　　要：中西医结合临床思维模式的构建应当秉承文化包容精神以及哲学会通思维,正确理解"中医"与"西医"、"主流"与"支流"、"局部"与"整体"、"传统"与"现代"、"理论"与"临床"等中西医结合临床学科的方法论原则;"以西解中""以中解西"为中西医结合临床理论的思维方法;以西医病名和中医证候"双核心"临床诊断,综合协同地预防、治疗、护理优势"兼容"为中西医结合临床技术的思维方法;中医思维方法和西医思维方法并行,个案研究和真实世界研究互补。构建"1+1>2"的一种新的中西医结合临床思维模式。This paper holds that the construction of clinical thinking mode of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine should adhere to the spirit of cultural inclusion and philosophical thinking,and correctly understand the methodological principles of"traditional Chinese medicine"and"western medicine","mainstream"and"branch","local"and"whole","traditional"and"modern","theoretical"and"clinical"clinical disciplines of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine."To understand the Chinese and Western medicine by the west"and"to understand the western medicine by the Chinese"are the thinking methods of the clinical theory of the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine;the"dual core"clinical diagnosis of the disease name and syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine,and the"compatibility"of the comprehensive and coordinated prevention,treatment and nursing advantages are the thinking methods of the clinical technology of the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine;carry forward the"characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine",and build the"mutual participation of Chinese and Western thinking","diagnosis of the combination of disease and syndrome","the Chinese and Western stem"is characterized by the combination of pre measures,the parallel of thinking methods of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine,and the complementary of case study and real world study to construct a new clinical thinking mode of"1+1>2".
