摘 要:目的探讨利用微信平台强化本科生儿科毕业实习培训的效果。方法选取上海中医药大学临床医学院2019年1月-2020年1月60名毕业实习生,随机分为2组,实验组与对照组,各30名。对照组采取常规培训,实验组采取强化培训(学-考-思三步法+课余微信平台持续培训),培训后分析2组实习生的实习培训效果。结果与对照组比较,实验组的学生笔试成绩较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,实验组学生自我评价较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,实验组学生在脑力激荡、分享所学、互动及沟通技巧3个方面更强、更活跃,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利用微信平台强化儿科的实习培训,不仅能提高学生的儿科知识掌握能力,而且容易被学生们接受,受到学生们的好评。Objective To explore the effect of strengthening undergraduate pediatric graduation practice training by using We Chat platform.Methods 60 graduate interns from the Clinical Medical College of Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to January 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 in the experimental group and 30 in the control group.The control group took routine training,and the experimental group took intensive training(learning-test-thinking three-step method and after-school We Chat platform continuous training).After training,the training effect of the two groups of interns was analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the written test scores of students in the experimental group were higher,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the evaluation of the students in the experimental group was higher,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,teachers in the experimental group were more active in brainstorming,sharing,interaction and communication skills(P<0.05).Conclusion Using the We Chat platform and strengthening the practice training of Pediatrics can not only improve the students’ability to master pediatrics knowledge,but also be easily accepted by the students and praised by them.
