摘  要:根据应用型本科高校的建设背景及工程训练教学在应用型人才培养中的地位,构建了基于学生发展的工程训练教学体系,该体系从教学目标、教学模式、创新能力培养、教学团队等方面确立学生在工程训练中的主体地位,创新教学模式,进行多种方式的实践方法设计,拓展工程训练课程思政教学模式,加强教学内容设计,注重实训全过程管理及三位一体考核评价,深入推进工程训练教学改革。Based on the construction background of application-oriented universities and the position of engineering training teaching in the cultivation of applied talents,the construction of“student development centered”engineering training teaching system is introduced and the dominant position of students in engineering training is established from the aspects of teaching objectives,teaching modes,cultivations of innovation ability and teaching team.The reform measures to promote engineering training teaching are illustrated,such as the innovation of teaching modes,the design of various practice methods,the implementation of ideological and political education in engineering training,the integration of teaching content,the whole process management and the trinity assessment of practical training.
