摘　　要：目的 归纳基层疾病预防控制中心在微生物实验室改造中的关键点,探索改造项目实施经验。方法 通过分析该中心微生物实验室改造项目过程,探讨总结基层微生物实验室改造经验。结果 完成微生物实验室改造,暖通、门禁、自控系统升级,电路扩容,实验室硬件水平大幅度提升。结论 疾控中心实验室改造需各科室群策群力,密切配合,改造以需求为导向,预留拓展空间。改造后专业维保必不可少。Objective To summarize the key points of grass-roots CDC in the transformation of microbial laboratories,and explore the implementation experience of transformation projects.Methods By analyzing the process of microbial laboratory transformation project in the center,this paper discusses and summarizes the transformation experience of grass-roots Microbial Laboratory.Results Complete the transformation of microbiology laboratory,upgrade HVAC,access control and automatic control systems,expand circuit capacity,and greatly improve the hardware level of the laboratory.Conclusion The transformation of CDC laboratory requires the concerted efforts of all departments,close cooperation,demand-oriented transformation and reserved expansion space.Professional maintenance after transformation is essential.
