招生困境下高职高专院校生源基地建设探析

摘　　要：新时期国家新政策落地,鼓励高职高专院校多方面扩大招生规模,培养技术技能型人才,以适应新时期社会主义建设,然而高考报名数和计划数"倒挂"的现象让高校在生源竞争上呈现"白热化"。在教育主管部门明令禁止有偿招生的前提下,既要与本科院校抢生源,也要与同级高职高专院校抢生源,维持住办学的生命线,必须找到高校与中学共赢的途径。一方面为中学教师提供发表论文、提升学历、开展科研的途径,另一方面提前3年为学生进行职业生涯规划,双管齐下建立生源基地,可以在高招形势严峻的当下开辟高校与中学合作共赢的局面。The implementation of new national policies in the new era encourages higher vocational colleges to expand the enrollment scale in many aspects and cultivate technical and skilled talents to adapt to the socialist construction in the new era.However,the phenomenon of"inverted"of the number of college entrance examination applications and plans makes colleges and universities"white-hot"in the competition for students.On the premise that the competent education department explicitly prohibits paid enrollment,we should not only grab the source of students with undergraduate colleges,but also with higher vocational colleges at the same level,so as to maintain the lifeline of running a school.We must find a win-win way between colleges and middle schools.On the one hand,it provides a way for middle school teachers to publish papers,improve their academic qualifications and carry out scientific research.On the other hand,it carries out career planning for students three years in advance and establishes a student source base through two pronged approach,which can open up a win-win situation of cooperation between colleges and middle schools at a time when the form of high recruitment is severe.
