摘 要:分析了分布式电驱动履带车辆驱动扭矩分配对履带张紧力的影响.提出了基于效率最优的驱动扭矩分配方法:当一侧扭矩和不大于当前电机转速下最高效率点对应的扭矩时,前侧电机输出该侧所需所有扭矩;反之,前后两电机输出相同的驱动扭矩.提出了电机故障模式下驱动扭矩分配方法,实现驱动系统的容错控制.基于Matlab/Simulink建立了分布式电驱动履带车辆仿真模型.仿真结果表明,该扭矩分配方法有效可行.In this paper,the influence of driving torque distribution on the track tension of distributed electric drive tracked vehicle is analyzed,and a driving torque distribution method based on the optimal efficiency is proposed.When the required torque of one side is not greater than the corresponding torque of the highest efficiency point under the current motor speed,the front motor outputs all the required torque.On the contrary,the front and the rear motor output the same driving torque.The method of torque distribution in motor fault mode is also proposed to realize fault-tolerant control of the drive system.The simulation model of distributed electric drive tracked vehicle is established with Matlab/Simulink.The simulation results show that the torque distribution method is effective and feasible.
