摘　　要：高职院校的思想政治教育是一项极为重要的工作,肩负着重要育人任务。工匠精神的提出,将该思想融入到高职院校教育体系中,为院校的思想政治教育有效性实施提供契机。工匠精神融入高职院校思想政治教育,助力于大学生专业化、职业化共同发展趋势,增强大学生核心竞争力,促进大学生未来良好的就业与创业,凸显高职院校的思想政治教育良好实施模式。对此,从工匠精神融入高职院校的思政教育的困境、价值及实践路径维度,论述工匠精神融入思想政治教育中的实际情况,并提出相关的实践路径,推进工匠精神在高职院校教育层面中良好的融入与实施。The ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges is a very important work and shoulders the important task of educating people.The proposal of craftsman spirit integrates this thought into the education system of higher vocational colleges,and provides an opportunity for the effective implementation of ideological and political education in colleges.The craftsman spirit is integrated into the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges,contributing to the common development trend of college students’specialization and professionalization,enhancing college students’core competitiveness,promoting college students’good employment and entrepreneurship in the future,and highlighting the good implementation mode of Ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges.In this regard,from the dilemma,value and practical path dimensions of the integration of craftsman spirit into Ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges,this paper discusses the actual situation of the integration of craftsman spirit into Ideological and political education,and puts forward relevant practical paths to promote the good integration and implementation of craftsman spirit in higher vocational colleges.
