商务策划课程的项目制教学对高职人才培养模式的实践探索--以柳州市家居建材博览中心有限公司为例

摘　　要：在校企合作背景下,以“合作办学、合作育人、合作就业、合作发展”为目标的校企合作模式促使专业课程的建设发展向项目制教学方向发展,尤其是商务策划类型的课程,实践操作性和应用性极强。因此,通过与柳州家居建材博览中心有限公司(简称“柳州家居”)的合作,在课程中运用项目制教学方式,以就业为导向,引入企业的真实项目,通过学生的主动参与、亲身实践,增强学生上课的积极性、主动性和创造性,展现高职人才培养的新方向。Under the background of school enterprise cooperation,the school enterprise cooperation mode with the goal of“cooperative school running,cooperative education,cooperative employment and cooperative development”promotes the construction and development of professional courses to the direction of project-based teaching,especially the courses of business planning type,which is highly practical,operable and applicable.Therefore,through the cooperation with Liuzhou Home Building Materials Expo Center Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as“Liuzhou home”),the project-based teaching method is used in the curriculum,employment oriented,the real projects of enterprises are introduced,and the students’enthusiasm,initiative and creativity in class are enhanced through students’active participation and personal practice,so as to show the new direction of higher vocational talent training.
