摘 要:考虑刮板输送机结构复杂以及对其链传动系统受力分析困难的问题,基于虚拟样机技术研究了链传动系统的受力特性。综合考虑各组成部件之间的相互作用关系,采用ADAMS软件建立了双链牵引链传动系统虚拟样机模型,分析了驱动链轮的啮合特性和刮板链的张力变化,为刮板输送机的结构优化以及状态监测提供有效依据。Considering the structural complexity of the scraper conveyor and the difficulty in force analysis of its chain drive system, the force characteristics of the chain drive system were studied based on virtual prototyping technology. A virtual prototype model of the chain drive system with double-chain traction was established by ADAMS software, which comprehensively considers the interactions between different components. Analyzed the meshing characteristics of the driving sprocket and the tension variation of the scraper chain, which provides an effective basis for the structure optimization and state monitoring of the scraper conveyor.
