摘  要:新时代,中国双一流大学承担着促进教育公平与开放、构建终身教育体系、服务国家与地区经济社会发展的重要使命,但目前具有世界一流大学特色的继续教育发展模式和发展格局尚未形成。检视上海交通大学继续教育发展现状,存在缺少定位,缺乏专业化从业人员、师资队伍建设困难、教学模式落后等多重困境。因此,双一流大学继续教育转型发展要在发展定位上把继续教育纳入人才培养系列,在发展战略上主动与所在区域发展相结合,在发展策略上坚持特色化、差异化建设,在发展机制上注重制度变革、资源整合,在发展模式上不断创新、探索多种教学模式的融合。In the new era,the double first-class universities shoulder the important mission of promoting educational fairness and openness,building a lifelong education system,and serving the economic and social development of the country and region.However,the development mode and pattern of continuing education with the characteristic of world-class universities have not yet formed.Examining the current situation of continuing education in Shanghai Jiao Tong University,there are many difficulties,such as the lack of orientation and professional practitioners,the difficulty in building faculty,and the backward teaching mode.Therefore,the transformation and development of continuing education in double first-class universities should integrate continuing education into the talent training series in the development orientation,combine initiatively with regional development in the development strategy,adhere to the construction of characteristics and differentiation in the development strategy,pay attention to institutional change and resource integration in the development mechanism,and constantly innovate and explore the integration of various teaching modes in the development mode.
