摘 要:科技创新是国家发展的核心动力,高校应准确把握科技创新的科学理念,培养具有创新能力的大学生。从注重课堂教学、实施本科生导师科研小组制、抓好毕业课题等三个方面,可以更好地实现科研育人。基于全员育人理念的课堂教学将课程思政教育与专业课程教育相融合,可以培养学生的创新意识;基于全过程育人理念的本科生导师科研小组制,可以循序渐进地提高学生的科研能力;基于全方位育人理念的毕业课题的实施,可以系统地、全面地、相对独立地培养学生的科研能力。Scientific and technological innovation is an important force of national development.Colleges and universities should accurately understand the concept of scientific and technological innovation and cultivate students with the ability of scientific and technological innovation.Based on FWA Education,scientific research education can be better realized in three aspects,i.e.classroom teaching,undergraduate tutorial research groups,and graduation thesis.Based on full-scale education,classroom teaching integrates ideological and political education with the professional curriculum to develop students′sense of innovation in scientific research.Based on whole-process education,the undergraduate tutorial research groups can help students gradually participate in scientific research.Based on all-around education,the graduation thesis can further foster students'research ability in a systematic,comprehensive,relatively independent way.
