摘 要:深沟球轴承径向刚度影响高速齿轮传动系统的振动特性,综合考虑油膜和球离心力对轴承径向刚度的影响,建立了弹流润滑条件下的高速深沟球轴承径向刚度计算模型。分析了油膜和球离心力在不同工况下对轴承径向刚度的独立影响和耦合影响,结果表明:在弹流润滑条件下,油膜和球离心力会降低轴承径向刚度,且转速越高,影响越明显;高速工况下,轻载时油膜影响高于球离心力,重载时球离心力影响高于油膜;高速下油膜和球离心力对轴承径向刚度的共同影响不可忽略。The radial stiffness of deep groove ball bearings affects vibration characteristics of the system.The effect of oil film and centrifugal force of balls on radial stiffness of the bearings is considered comprehensively,and a calculation model for radial stiffness of high-speed deep groove ball bearings under elastohydrodynamic lubrication is established.The independent and coupling effects of oil film and centrifugal force of balls on radial stiffness of the bearings under different operating conditions are analyzed.The results show that:the oil film and centrifugal force of balls will reduce radial stiffness of the bearings under elastohydrodynamic lubrication conditions,and the higher the rotational speed,the more obvious the effect is;the influence of oil film is higher than that of centrifugal force of balls under high speed and light load,and the influence of centrifugal force of balls is higher than that of oil film under heavy load;the coupling effect of oil film and centrifugal force of balls on radial stiffness of the bearings under high speed cannot be ignored.
