摘  要:青藏高原地区中小学教师特殊素养具体表征为:以中华民族共同体意识为基础的政治素养,以坚韧意志品质为基础的专业情意,以双文化素养为基础的知识素养,以跨文化交际能力为基础的教育素养。提升青藏高原地区中小学教师特殊素养面临的现实困境有相关政策的缺失、理论研究的薄弱、地方师范院校培养方案针对性不强等。基于此建议:完善相关政策的研究制定,加强对青藏高原地区中小学教师特殊素养的理论研究,立足青藏高原地区多元文化的实际情况改进本地区师范院校的培养方案,创建符合提升青藏高原地区中小学教师特殊素养要求的育人环境,加强对青藏高原地区中小学教师特殊素养的职后培训,构建职前职后一体化的师资培养体系。The specific special qualities of the primary and secondary school teachers in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau area include the political quality based on the consciousness of the Chinese nation community,the professional affection based on the tenacious will and quality,the knowledge quality based on the bicultural attainment and educational quality based on the cross-cultural communicative competence.The realistic problems in improving the special qualities of primary and secondary school teachers in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau area are the lack of relevant policies,the weakness of theoretical research and the poorly targeted training programs in local normal colleges and universities.It suggests that the research and formulation of relevant policies should be strengthened;that the theoretical research on the special qualities of primary and secondary school teachers in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau area should be attached importance to;that the local normal colleges and universities in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau area should improve their training programs based on the actual situation of the local multi-culture;that the educational environment that meets the requirements of improving special qualities of primary and secondary school teachers in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau area should be created;and that the post-service training of the special qualities of the primary and secondary school teachers in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau area should be strengthened and the integrated pre-service and post-service teacher training system should be constructed.
