摘  要:目的探讨SHARP反馈法在肾内科教学中的实施对教学质量的影响。方法选取2019年2月—2020年1月医院肾内科转科规范化培训医学生60位进行研究,按照医学生入科奇偶顺序,将单号者纳入作为研究组(30位,采用SHARP反馈法带教),将双号者纳入作为对照组(30位,传统带教),轮转1月后评估学生满意度、评估教学质量。结果研究组学生满意度显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(100.00%vs.86.67%,P<0.05)。研究组学生LAV、TE、OC、IR、BOC评分均高于对照组学生,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论SHARP反馈法在肾内科教学中实施能提高教学质量,提高学生满意度。Objective Discuss the impact of SHARP feedback method in nephrology teaching on teaching quality.Method Select 60 case of Standardized training of medical students in nephrology transfer in the hospital from February 2019 to January 2020 as studying object.According to the parity order of medical students entering the department,the single-number students are included as the research group(30 people,using the SHARP feedback method to teach),and the double-number people are included as the control group(30 people,traditional teaching).After the rotation for 1 month,evaluate student satisfaction and evaluate teaching quality.Results Student satisfaction in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(100.00%vs.86.67%,P<0.05).The scores of LAV,TE,OC,IR and BOC of the study group students were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of SHARP feedback method in nephrology teaching can improve teaching quality and improve student satisfaction.
