摘 要:目的分析以岗位胜任力为导向的临床实习生管理教育新模式在实习生带教中的作用。方法将医院于2018年5月—2019年4月接收的临床实习生60名随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用本院常规的临床实习生带教模式;观察组采用以岗位胜任力为导向的临床实习生管理教育新模式;分析在两种不同带教方式下实习生的自主学习能力、团队协作能力、沟通能力、学习兴趣、临床理论知识、操作技术、病例分析能力、患者对实习生服务的满意度。结果相较于对照组,观察组实习生自主学习能力、团队协作能力、沟通能力、学习兴趣评分明显更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);相较于对照组实习生,观察组实习生临床理论知识、操作技术、病例分析能力明显更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组实习生相比较,观察组患者对实习生的服务满意度更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床实习生带教中,对其采用以岗位胜任力为导向的临床实习生管理教育新模式可明显提高实习生理论知识以及操作能力,同时也能够提高学生学习兴趣,相较于常规带教模式患者对服务的满意度更高,值得临床广泛应用。Objective To analyze the effect of competency oriented clinical intern management education model in intern teaching.Methods A total of 60 cases with clinical interns in the hospital from May in 2018 to April in 2019 were randomly arranged into the control group and the observed group.The control group was trained with the routine clinical intern teaching mode in our hospital.The observed group was trained with the new model of clinical intern management education oriented by post competency.When they finished the intern,they were analyzed in the self-learning ability,team cooperation ability,communication ability,learning interest,clinical theoretical knowledge,operation technology,case analysis ability,patient satisfaction with intern service of interns.Results The scores of main learning ability,team cooperation ability,communication ability and learning interest of the interns in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group;The clinical theoretical knowledge,operation technology and case analysis ability in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05).The service satisfaction of interns in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group the difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05).Conclusion In the teaching of clinical interns,the new model of post competency oriented clinical intern management education could significantly improve the theoretical knowledge and operation ability of interns and students'interest in learning,and patients are more satisfied with the service,when compared with the routine teaching model.Therefore,this new model is worth widely used in the intern teaching of clinical medicine.
