临床病理科住院医师的规范化培训的教学模式分析

摘　　要：目的分析对临床病理科住院医师实施规范化培训的教学价值。方法选择2018年1月—2020年2月期间病理科住院医师30名作为研究对象,对30名住院医师实施规范化培训。对比30名住院医师在接受规范化培训之前和接受培训之后理论知识考核成绩、技能考核成绩以及职业素养考核成绩,观察自我能力评价优良率,判断规范化培训教学模式的应用价值,并评价师生双向对培训教学的满意度。结果(1)住院医师考核成绩方面,经过培训之后,住院医师理论知识考核成绩、技能考核成绩及职业素养考核成绩分别为(95.23±14.98)分、(94.52±13.28)分、(93.32±7.29)分,均高于培训前的(78.45±10.56)分、(76.12±9.02)分、(73.56±7.13)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)住院医师自我能力评价方面,经过培训之后住院医师的自我能力评价优良率高于培训前(100.00%vs.60.00%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)师生双向培训教学满意度方面,主治医师对培训教学满意度的评分为(8.95±0.46)分,住院医师对培训教学非常满意18例、基本满意9例、不满意3例,共计总满意率为90.00%。结论对病理科的住院医师实施有效的规范化培训,可以提升住院医师的理论知识水平和实践操作能力,提高自我能力评价优良率,强化住院医师的职业素养,值得推广和借鉴。Objective To analyze the teaching value of standardized training for resident physicians in clinical pathology department.Methods Ten residents of pathology department from January 2018 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects,and standardized training was implemented for 30 residents.The results of theoretical knowledge assessment,skill assessment and professional quality assessment of 30 residents before and after the standardized training were compared.The excellent rate of self-evaluation was observed,the application value of standardized training teaching mode was judged,and the satisfaction of teachers and students on training and teaching was evaluated.Results(1)In terms of assessment scores of residents,after training,the assessment scores of theoretical knowledge,skills and professional quality of residents were(95.23±14.98)points,(94.52±13.28)points and(93.32±7.29)points respectively,which were higher than those before training(78.45±10.56)points,(76.12±9.02)points and(73.56±7.13)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)In terms of resident self-assessment,the excellent rate of resident self-assessment after training was higher than that before training(100.00%vs.60.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)In terms of teacher-student two-way training and teaching satisfaction,the attending physician's score of training and teaching satisfaction was(8.95±0.46)points,and the residents were very satisfied with training and teaching in 18 cases,basically satisfied in 9 cases and dissatisfied in 3 cases,with a total satisfaction rate of 90.00%.Conclusion The implementation of effective standardized training for residents in the Department of disease and science can improve the level of theoretical knowledge and practical operation ability of residents,improve the excellent rate of self-evaluation,and strengthen the professional quality of residents,which is worthy of promotion and reference,the application value of standardized training teaching
