模式化入科教育在放射科规范化培训中的应用

摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训是毕业后医学继续教育的重要组成部分。放射科专科性强且发展迅速,并且涉及知识范围面广,导致放射科规范化培训学员常常面临知识点多而培训时间相对较少的窘境。我院放射科在长期的住院医师规范化培训教学中探索出了一套模式化的入科教育,主要包括科室情况介绍、强调规章制度、明确培训目标、熟悉教学模式、规范书写报告、培养医德医风及医患沟通能力。实践结果显示对放射科住院医师培训学员进行规范的模式化入科教育,有助于住院医师培训学员快速融入科室工作,熟知培训目标及教学模式,有助于提升培训效率和质量,树立良好医德医风和构建良好的医患关系。Standardized training of residents is an important part of continuing medical education after graduation.The department of radiology is highly specialized,develops rapidly,and involves a wide range of knowledge.As a result,the standardized training residents of the department of radiology often face the dilemma of a lot of knowledge and relatively little training time.The department of radiology in our hospital has explored a set of model admission education in the long-term standardized training and teaching of resident doctors,which mainly includes department introduction,emphasis on rules and regulations,clear training objectives,familiarity with teaching models,standardized writing reports,establishment of medical ethics,and training the doctor's ability to communicate with patients.The results of practice show that the admission education for the radiology residents will help the residents to quickly integrate into the department work,be familiar with the training objectives and teaching mode,help improve the efficiency and quality of training,and establish a good medical ethics and doctor-patient relationship.
