摘  要:目的了解甘肃省白银市食源性疾病的流行特征及病原种类,掌握腹泻患者中食源性疾病的发病和病因分布状况。方法收集2018—2020年白银市2家食源性疾病哨点医院主动监测网络报告的病例数据,采用描述流行病学方法分析数据。结果2018—2020年共采集病例样本925份,检出病原菌202株;其中沙门菌19株、志贺菌13株、副溶血性弧菌46株、致泻大肠埃希菌124株,检出诺如病毒81株,细菌检出率21.8%、病毒检出率16.7%;不同季度(χ^(2)=23.692)、不同年度(χ^(2)=96.580)5种病原菌检出率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应进一步加强食源性疾病的主动监测工作,采取更为有效的防控知识宣传措施,防止食源性疾病的发生。Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics and pathogen types of foodborne diseases in Baiyin city,Gansu province,and grasp the incidence and etiological distribution of the foodborne diseases among the diarrhea patients.Methods Data of the patients were collected from the active surveillance network of two sentinel hospitals for foodborne diseases in Baiyin city from 2018 to 2020,and analyzed with descriptive epidemiological methods.Results There were 925 samples of patients collected from 2018 to 2020,with 202 strains of pathogenic bacteria detected,including 19 strains of Salmonella,13 strains of Shigella,46 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus,124 strains of diarrhoeal Escherichia coli.Totally 81 strains of Norovirus were detected.The detection rate was 21.8%of bacteria and 16.7%of virus.There were statistical differences(P<0.05)in detection rates of 5 pathogens among different seasons(χ^(2)=23.692)and years(χ^(2)=96.580).Conclusions The active surveillance of foodborne diseases should be strengthened,and more effective publicity measures of the knowledge about prevention and control should be conducted to prevent foodborne diseases from occurrence.
