摘 要:目的分析2014—2020年广东省学生食源性疾病发病特征,为制订防控策略提供科学依据。方法运用描述流行病学方法,分析国家食源性疾病监测报告系统中2014年1月—2020年12月广东省学生食源性疾病数据。结果2014—2020年广东省共报告学生食源性疾病病例14 799例,其中住院病例1 277例,平均发病率为60.505/10万,平均住院率达8.629%,无死亡病例报告。男女病例性别比为1.29∶1,每年10—12月出现发病高峰,病例主要分布于珠三角地区、以6~12岁为主,主要病源食物为肉类及其制品。结论广东省学生食源性疾病发病呈上升趋势,应进一步加强防控。Objective To analyze the incidence characteristics of foodborne diseases among students in Guangdong province from 2014 to 2020, and provide scientific basis for formulating prevention and control strategies. Methods The data of foodborne diseases of the students in Guangdong province from January 2014 to December 2020 were collected from the national foodborne diseases surveillance and reporting system and analyzed with the descriptive epidemiological methods.Results Totally 14 799 cases of foodborne diseases were reported in Guangdong province, including 1 277 hospitalized cases, with the average incidence rate of 60.505/100 000, and the average admission rate of 8.629%. There was no death case reported. The ratio of the male cases to the females was 1.29∶1, and the peak of the case onset from October to December every year. The cases mainly distributed in the Zhujiang delta region, and aged 6-12 years. The meat and its products were the main infection source of the diseases. Conclusions The incidence of foodborne diseases shows increasing trend in the students in Guangdong province, and the prevention and control should be further strengthened.
