摘 要:以银杏叶黄酮提取率为指标,采用正交试验设计优化银杏叶黄酮的闪式提取工艺。结果表明,闪式提取银杏叶黄酮的最佳工艺条件为料液比1∶15(g∶mL),乙醇体积分数70%,提取时间40 s,在此提取条件组合下所得银杏叶黄酮的提取率最高为3.99%。体外抗氧化试验结果显示,此法提取的银杏叶黄酮具有较强的清除DPPH自由基和ABTS自由基的活性。试验结果可为银杏叶黄酮的高效提取提供理论依据。The extraction rate of flavonoids from Ginkgo biloba leaves was used as the index to optimize the flash extraction process of flavonoids from Ginkgo biloba leaves.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were solid-liquid ratio 1∶15(g∶mL),volume fraction of ethanol 70%,and extraction time 40 s,respectively.The extraction rate of flavonoids from Ginkgo biloba leaves was up to 3.99%under the combination of these extraction parameters.The results of in vitro antioxidant analysis showed that the flavonoids from Ginkgo biloba leaves extracted by this method had strong activities of scavenging DPPH free radical and ABTS free radical.These results could provide a theoretical basis for the efficient extraction of flavonoids from Ginkgo biloba leaves.
