基于1+X证书制度财经类公共实训中心建设思路探析

摘　　要：以“1个方向、3种能力、4项融通”为总体建设目标,构建智慧财经1+X能力互融公共实训中心,形成财经类专业复合型人才分类培养的实践教学育人平台,实现学历教育“1”与技能培养“X”有效衔接。With the overall construction goal of“one direction,three abilities and four accommodation”,a public training center has been built for the integration of“Intelligent Finance”and“1+X abilities”,a practical teaching and education platform has been formed for the classified cultivation of compound talent’s in finance and economics,and the effective connection between“1”of academic education and“X”of skill cultivation has been realized.
