摘  要:文章通过对氯化胆碱进行包埋,用变性淀粉和HPMC E5作为壁材,采用喷雾干燥技术在氯化胆碱表面形成一种微胶囊结构。通过研究包埋后氯化胆碱的含量、饱和含水率及吸潮的性质,结果表明氯化胆碱的含量不低于市售产品,饱和含水率低且吸潮现象不明显,从而得出包埋后的氯化胆碱微囊粉能够有效避免氯化胆碱在空气中吸收水分而潮解的现象,能够提高氯化胆碱的存储周期与加工性能。In this paper,using modified starch and HPMC E5 as the wall material,choline chloride was embedded,and spray drying technology was used to form a microcapsule structure on the surface of choline chloride.By studying the content of choline chloride,saturated moisture content and moisture absorption properties after embedding,the results show that the content of choline chloride is not lower than that of commercially available products,the saturated moisture content is low,and moisture absorption is not obvious.The embedded choline chloride microgel powder can effectively avoid the phenomenon that choline chloride absorbs moisture in the air and deliquescence,and can improve the storage period and processing performance of choline chloride.
