摘  要:思政教育对大学生思想引领及成长成才有重要导向作用。然而,在应试教育向素质教育的转型和改革发展中,高校思政教育在一定程度上存在"教"与"育"分离、学生发展程度差异性大、思政理论教育与实践教育脱节等困境。基于此,在瓦根舍因范例教学理论下,通过强化育人结构、多元化设置导学案范例、阶段性引导学生知行合一等方法,针对性提升高校思政教育的教学和育人质量,为培养高素质的社会主义建设者和接班人奠定基础。Ideological and political education plays an important role in the ideological guidance and growth of college students. However, in the reform and development of the transformation from examination-oriented education to quality-oriented education, ideological and political education in colleges and universities is confronted with some difficulties, such as the separation of "teaching" and "education", the great difference in students’ development degree, and the disconnection between ideological and political theory education and practical education. On this basis, based on The case teaching theory of Wagenshein, the teaching and education quality of ideological and political education in colleges and universities should be improved by strengthening the structure of education, setting up examples of guidance programs in a diversified way, and guiding students to integrate knowledge and practice in stages, so as to lay a foundation for cultivating high-quality socialist builders and successors.
