不同品种柞蚕滞育蛹营养成分检测及差异分析

摘　　要：基于筛选柞蚕高营养价值新品种育种素材的目的,对辽宁地区生产实用的9906、抗大、821、早418和辽蚕582共5个品种柞蚕滞育蛹营养成分进行检测及差异分析。结果表明:抗大的血淋巴蛋白质含量为0.70 mg/mL,干蛹粉蛋白质含量为588.33 mg/g,血淋巴海藻糖含量为10.46 mg/mL,总氨基酸含量为17.99 mg/mL,其干蛹粉粗脂肪含量仅为17.64%;辽蚕582的干蛹粉糖原含量为201.98 mg/g,必需氨基酸含量为5.21 mg/mL。综合分析认为,抗大和辽蚕582滞育蛹的营养价值较为全面丰富。Based on the purpose of screening breeding materials of new tussah varieties with high nutritional value,the nutritional components of diapause pupae of five tussah varieties,i.e.,Kangda,9906,821,Hanzao 418 and Liaocan 582,in Liaoning area were detected and analyzed.The results showed that the hemolymph protein content in Kangda is as high as 0.70 mg/mL,dry pupa powder protein content 588.33 mg/g,hemoly mphmycose content 10.46 mg/mL,total amino acid content 17.99 mg/mL.However,its crude fat content of dry pupae powder is only 17.64%.As for Liaocan 582,the content of glycogen in dry pupa powder is 201.98mg/g and the essential amino acid content is as high as 5.21 mg/mL.To sum up,the diapause pupae of Kangda and Liaocan 582 contain rich and full nutrition.
