摘　　要：校企合作是地方本科高校应用型人才培养、高校自身高质量发展的重要保证.新的发展理念下,地方本科高校的发展理念需要向高质量发展转变,高校的高质量发展离不开校企合作的高质量发展.基于访谈的质性研究发现高校校企合作的高质量发展要充分考虑:地方本科高校需要校企合作的高质量发展的现实性是什么;地方本科高校校企合作的高质量发展何以可能;地方本科高校校企合作高质量发展何以实现;地方本科高校校企合作高质量发展需要什么样的理念支撑.总之,地方本科高校校企合作的高质量发展是着眼于高校人才培养质量提升和企业效益提升的系统性、全方位、立体化产教融合发展.School-enterprise cooperation is an important guarantee for the training of applied talents and the quality development of local undergraduate colleges and universities.Under the new development concept,that of local undergraduate colleges and universities needs to change to the high quality one,which is inseparable from the high quality development of school-enterprise cooperation.The qualitative research based on interviews found that the high quality development of university-enterprise cooperation should be fully considered:why local undergraduate universities need the high quality development of the cooperation;how its high quality development in these universities can be possible and realized;what kind of conceptual support is needed for this cooperation.In short,the high quality development of the cooperation is a systematic,all-round and three-dimensional integrated development of industry and education focusing on the improvement of talent training quality and enterprise benefits.
