摘　　要：具备特定领域专业知识的外语人才在全球化进程中发挥着举足轻重的作用。作为我国培养外语人才的主阵地——大学英语教学在人才培养方面存在课程定位不恰当、教学规划不科学、与当下社会需求不匹配等问题。在"一带一路"倡议背景下,我国参与推动全球治理体系变革的步伐日益加快,需要整体规划大学英语课程目标、建构立体化的大学英语课程内容体系、依托信息技术创建多维融合的大学英语教学模式、打造符合时代要求的高素质师资队伍,以进一步提升我国全面参与全球治理的能力。International talents play an important role in global governance,and the ones with expertise in specific fields are particularly prominent.However,as the main means,foreign language teaching in colleges cannot satisfy the needs of international talent cultivating,and there exist some problems,such as inappropriate curriculum positioning and unscientific teaching planning.With Belt and Road Initiative gradually turning into an international consensus,China’s participation in promoting the reform of the global governance system is accelerating.It is necessary to focus on the overall planning of foreign language policy to establish a regional curriculum goal,construct a multidimensional course content system,create a tridimensional teaching model based on information technology,and develop a high-quality teachers to further enhance China’s capabilities in participation in global governance.
