民贸民品企业面临的发展困境与对策分析——对贵州9个市州290家民贸民品企业的抽样调查

摘　　要：民贸民品企业对促进民族地区民族团结和铸牢中华民族共同体意识有巨大的积极意义。弄清其面临的困境,并寻求相应的解决对策有着重要的价值。研究发现,目前其面临的主要困难有:融资难问题、技术创新难问题、营销人才匮乏问题、生产经营预期堪忧问题等,其中资金问题尤为突出。为更好地利于其成长,必须注意发挥政策优势、强化孵化机制、重点解决资金池建设、培训项目建设、分类化制度建设等,多管齐下共同推进民贸民品企业发展。Civil trade and civil products enterprises are of great positive significance to promote national unity in ethnic areas and forge a strong sense of the Chinese national community.It is of great value to clarify the difficulties they face and seek corresponding solutions.It is found that the main difficulties it faces at present are financing,technological innovation,lack of marketing talents,worrying production and operation expectations,among which the problem of capital is particularly prominent.In order to better facilitate its growth,we can give full play to policy advantages,strengthen incubation mechanism,focus on fund pool construction,training project construction and classified system construction,and jointly promote the development of civil trade and civil products enterprises.
